Genuine survivor problem - Guild Wars Forums

hi guys i had a survivor at lvl 17 she hasnt died once, i've been away for 2 weeks ( but i know she hadnt died) i've jsut logged on today and apparently shes died from standing in an outpost.
the only thing i can think of is that she was in a guild hall of a guild which i left on another account, i logged on and she was moved out of there. anyone else got answers? also could i go to guild wars support for this? since she died while in a town (without festival events)

May I suggest you just remake her?
(Support won't do anything about it btw UNLESS you KNOW how she died, and even in that case they won't return your death count to 0, but at best fix the bug that killed you.)

yeah really unless you have plenty of screens to completely 100% prove you didnt die then you won't get the death total rolled back.
just remake her it's not a difficult title.

and only lvl17 - can get that in 2h in factions

Just re roll.

takes 2 hours max to get to lvl 20, and then depending how you do it you can get LS in a few hours.

She was moved out of the guild hall? Is your character still in the guild?

[SPECULATION] Because if you were kicked out of the guild, it stands to reason that your characters left in the GH would be automatically be transported out of the GH the next time you logged in with that character. It's possible that in the process, your character incurred the death. [/SPECULATION]

Edit: Oh, yeah. I agree with the others; re-roll your character, you won't get the death count reset.

yeah i overreacted loads ^^; i've grown too attached to it XD so ill just make the next char i get a survivor

If someone has been on your account i suggest changing passwords etc
Just remake it and your be survivor before you know it... just keep goin, its great to get it your first time.

Im pretty sure that if you get kicked out of guildhall you will be transported to the last
outpost you were in, and not to a place with monsters. I recently made a test, bought a new guildhall while members were standing in it, they all got kicked back to the last outpost.
Im sure its some other kind of bug, or someone who has accessed your account...any friends or relatives with access to your computer?
